Cancellations and Returns
Order CancellationsMost of our orders are processed the same day the order is received so it is difficult to cancel most orders unless we receive timely notice. Please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-774-6005 and we will do our best to cancel an order if it has not shipped.
Order ReturnsAll of our products carry a complete money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just return your purchase in original condition within thirty days to our Toledo, OH warehouse. You will receive a complete refund including our regular domestic ground shipping charges. We don not refund international shipping charges including shipments to Canada.
Sintered rare-earth magnets are fragile and are prone to breakage and chipping. We do not accept returns of magnets that have been damaged through handling. All orders returned because of an incorrect address or an address to a post office box that was undeliverable, will be refunded the value of the purchase less shipping costs.
While all of our magnetic products are safe for air transport as originally packaged, we recommend that all magnet returns via ground/surface transportation only. Strong magnets can be considered a hazardous material if shipped via air. Altering the arrangement of our magnets in their original packaging may cause the product to exceed FAA and IATA thresholds.
You do not need a Return Authorization Number to return any of our products. Just include a copy of your invoice or include the invoice number so we can properly credit your account.
Custom orders are not covered by our regular return policy. All custom orders are final unless the product does not meet the stated requirements on the original order.
