Delivery and Shipping
Orders placed by 3pm Eastern Time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Our Preferred Carrier
National Imports LLC uses FedEx Corporation (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS) as its preferred shipping services providers. All shipments sent via FedEx or UPS are insured for the value of the contents and any losses are generally resolved within seven days of reporting a loss. All shipments are sent with a service delivery commitment and can be tracked through our Order Tracking page or through FEDEX.COM and UPS.COM or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX (800-463-3339) or 1-800-PICK-UPS(800-742-5877).
We reserve the right to use alternative carriers.
Shipping Rate Calculation
We submit the destination zip code, package weight and volume to the FedEx and UPS rate servers to determine the shipping charges for your package. We provide this rate to you during checkout so that you can approve the exact shipping charges in advance.
International shipments including shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for brokerage services and customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from National Imports, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We ship orders to addresses in the United States, Canada and select international countries. Our products are not licensed for sale in Japan. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.
